Job Development and Placement

Focus achieves successful rehabilitation outcomes by placing individuals in positions compatible with their abilities, education, skills and limitations.  Services include: assessing job readiness; providing job seeking skills training; locating an individual job site for training or employment; providing consultation to the employer concerning work site or job modifications; developing On-the-Job Training opportunities; and following along with the individual and employer to ensure satisfaction.
